This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pilbet ("pilbet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you," "your," or "Player") who access or use the pilbet online gaming platform at pilbet.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account on pilbet or by continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. This Policy should be read together with pilbet's Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, pilbet acts as the personal information controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data it collects from players and users of the Platform. As PIC, pilbet determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

pilbet has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and with applicable data protection laws. You may contact the DPO at any time using the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

pilbet collects personal data from you in the following categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

3.1 Registration and Identity Data

When you create a pilbet account, we collect information necessary to establish and verify your identity, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth (to verify that you are at least 21 years of age);
• Residential address, city, and province within the Philippines;
• Email address and mobile phone number;
• Username and encrypted password.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

As required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations, we may collect copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement);
• Selfie or live photo for biometric identity verification where required.

3.3 Financial and Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment methods used;
• GCash or PayMaya account reference numbers (partial, for verification purposes);
• Bank account details (partial account numbers for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks);
• Transaction history and account balance records.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Games played, bet amounts, win/loss records, and session durations;
• Bonus and promotion usage history;
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status).

3.5 Technical and Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation (to verify Philippine residency);
• Device type, operating system, and browser type;
• Session timestamps and login history;
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

3.6 Communications Data

• Records of your communications with pilbet customer support, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and support ticket history;
• Feedback, survey responses, and promotional opt-in preferences.

pilbet processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• 4.1 Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your pilbet account, including processing deposits and withdrawals, managing bonuses, and providing customer support.
• 4.2 Identity Verification: To verify your identity and age (21+) as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, and to prevent underage gambling and fraud.
• 4.3 Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other applicable Philippine laws and regulations. This includes filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required.
• 4.4 Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming activity for signs of problem gambling, to enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion orders, and to provide responsible gaming interventions where appropriate.
• 4.5 Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, account takeovers, collusion, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• 4.6 Platform Improvement: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the performance, features, and user experience of the Platform.
• 4.7 Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about pilbet — but only where you have given your explicit consent to receive such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, pilbet processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• 5.1 Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and pilbet (i.e., the Terms and Conditions), including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• 5.2 Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including AML obligations, PAGCOR regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
• 5.3 Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for pilbet's legitimate interests in preventing fraud, ensuring platform security, and improving our services, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• 5.4 Consent: For marketing communications and non-essential cookies, processing is based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

pilbet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• 6.1 Payment Processors: We share necessary financial data with Philippine payment service providers (including GCash, PayMaya, and partner banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank) solely to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• 6.2 Identity Verification Providers: We engage accredited KYC and identity verification service providers to assist with document verification and fraud screening. These providers process your data strictly on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• 6.3 Regulatory Authorities: We are legally required to share certain data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies upon lawful request or as required by applicable regulations.
• 6.4 Game Software Providers: Our third-party game providers may receive limited technical data (such as session tokens and game results) necessary to deliver their games on the Platform. They do not receive your full identity or financial data.
• 6.5 Professional Advisers: We may share data with our legal counsel, auditors, and accountants where necessary for the conduct of their professional services, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
• 6.6 Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of pilbet's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

All third parties with whom pilbet shares personal data are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process your data only for the specified purposes.

• 7.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They enable core features such as account login, session management, and security. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
• 7.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect anonymized information about how players use the Platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and whether error messages are received — to help us improve performance. We use this data in aggregate form only.
• 7.3 Functional Cookies: These cookies remember your preferences (such as language settings and display options) to provide a more personalized experience on the Platform.
• 7.4 Marketing Cookies: With your consent, we may use cookies to deliver relevant promotional content about pilbet. You may opt out of marketing cookies at any time through your account settings or browser controls.

pilbet retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law, whichever is longer.

• 8.1 Active Accounts: Personal data associated with active pilbet accounts is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
• 8.2 KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• 8.3 Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years for regulatory and audit purposes.
• 8.4 Marketing Data: Data processed on the basis of your consent for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent or for a maximum of two (2) years from your last interaction with pilbet marketing communications, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with pilbet's data disposal procedures.

pilbet implements comprehensive technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in our databases;
• Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing;
• Incident response procedures compliant with NPC breach notification requirements under the DPA.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, pilbet will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

While pilbet takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying pilbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by pilbet. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14.

pilbet will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice to you.

The pilbet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and older. pilbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the pilbet registration process, and we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

If pilbet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate verification, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.

pilbet's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors with servers in other countries.

Where such transfers occur, pilbet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, binding corporate rules, or transfers to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection.

By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of pilbet's services, subject to the safeguards described above.

pilbet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how pilbet protects your data.
